MY NAME IS CINDY
The decision to get and stay fit can transform your life. I truly believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a full, happy, and long healthy life!
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). I also hold advanced certifications as a Senior Fitness Specialist (SFS) and as a Functional Aging Fitness Specialist (FAFS), as well as being certified in Mat Pilates and Sunrise Yoga. I offer fitness programs to improve and strengthen your body, bones, balance and brain health. I'm driven by the latest research on longevity medicine and partner with leading specialists on special conditions such as osteoporisis, OA, cancer treatments, joint replacements and pre & post physical therapy. My goal is to empower my clients to get in their best shape and feel GREAT, regardless of their age, size or fitness level.

Recently, I was selected to the Best of Boston A-List, Top 5 Personal Trainers and the 2025 Best Personal Trainer by the Boston Business Women.
As the only trainer recognized over the age of 40 (55 to be exact!), I'm especially proud of this award. The fact is our bodies change as we age. I design functional, unique, and effective exercise programs specific to your needs and goals. I primarily focus on strength training, flexibility, balance, posture, stamina, and improving overall health. Additionally, I have developed specific programs to support bones and joint health, improve balance and help correct posture.

I offer virtual and in-home customized personal training sessions and group classes. Running is something I enjoy, having competed in over 30 races including full and half marathons.
I live in Beacon Hill and Cape Cod with my husband and 22-year-old daughter. I have a Bachelors degree in Human Development and Psychology, and I am First Aid and CPR/AED certified.
I'm a member of the American Council on Exercise, The Athletics and Fitness Association of America, the Senior Fitness Association of America, the Functional Aging Institute, The Women in Fitness Association, IDEA Health & Fitness Association, The Beacon Hill Womens Forum, Beacon Hill Civic Association, and The Boston Village.
