EverStrong by Cindy is a monthly fitness membership program designed for midlife and older adults who want to feel their best — strong, mobile, and confident in their bodies.

 

Led by Cindy Sullivan, a nationally certified trainer and 50+ fitness expert voted Best of Boston, EverStrong gives you everything you need to build strength, balance, flexibility, posture, and endurance — while protecting your joints and using smart, safe form. Every move is taught with intention, so you feel better, not broken.

 

Whether you’re just getting back into movement or already working out, this program is completely adaptable and designed for real bodies, aging knees, stiff hips, tired backs, and all. Modifications given, and we use home fitness equipment like hand weights, resistance bands, and floor work.

  • A chair

  • A pair of hand weights (light and/or heavy depending on your goals - I'll coach you on how much to get if needed)

  • A resistance band

  • A mat or something for floor if needed 

  • Internet connection + Zoom access

Cindy Sullivan is a certified personal trainer and group fitness specialist with additional credentials in strength, functional aging, fall prevention, and posture/mobility training. She’s trained hundreds of midlife and older clients across the U.S. and was voted Best of Boston for her work.
