  • A pair of hand weights (light and/or heavy depending on your goals

  • A resistance band

  • Internet connection + Zoom access

Meet Your Trainer – Cindy Sullivan

​I’m a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with specialties in senior and midlife fitness.

 

I’m 54 years old and passionate about helping people feel strong, balanced, and confident at any age. I’ve trained hundreds of clients over the years and believe that fitness should be enjoyable, empowering, and sustainable.

 

You’ll find me teaching live from Boston—or from my happy place, Cape Cod and I LOVE meeting you online. Everyone becomes part of our community 😀
